Glycolic is a type of Alpha Hydroxy acid derived from sugar cane and sugar beets. It works in a number of ways, primarily through its exfoliation properties. It penetrates the upper layer of the skin, weakening and binding properties of the lipids that hold dead skin cells together. This action allows the layer of dead skin cells to dissolve revealing the underlying skin. Glycolic acid has the smallest molecular structure of the AHA family making it a more optimal, deeper and faster penetration of the peels.

The 40% glycolic peel is buffered with botanicals to mitigate irritation. It has zero pre-prep and zero downtime so can happily go back to your daily business with no concerns.
Glycolic peel treatment includes:
A double cleanse with a luxury botanical cleanser which is enriched with anti-oxidants, jojoba oil, Vitamin C E & B3, Liquorice root and Arnica.
The peeling solution is applied in a thin layer. The solution also contains Arnica for healing and soothing, Green tea anti-oxidant, chamomile for soothing, Allantoin for moisturising, healing, anti-irritant and soothing. The solution is left on the skin for 2 minutes for your first session and can be lengthened to a maximum of 5 minutes.
The peel is then neutralised with a PH restore lotion. This will bring your skin back to the normal PH level. It contains Arnica, Liquorice rot extract, Glycerin: Humectant and Allantoin.
A powerful skin nourish serum is then applied containing Copper Peptide, Skin tightening peptide, Hyaluronic acid to hydrate, fruit and botanical extracts, and Green tea anti-oxidants.
Next a lightweight, non sticky, absorbable recovery balm is applied to intensely moisturise the skin with jojoba seed oil, Shea butter, liquorice root, Allantoin and Vitamin C E & B3.
Your treatment is finished off with a special formulated SPF 45 to protect your skin. This lightweight and oil free cream is packed with soothing aloe vera and hydrating hyaluronic acid.

Enzyme CO2 peel mask
The Enzyme CO2 peel mask is an excellent addition to microneedling but is also a very beneficial treatment on its own. Many people love the way they can really feel this treatment working when the mask is placed on the skin you can feel the active ingredients producing popping and fizzing on the skin getting your circulation flowing. This treatment is a superficial peel but will not make your skin flake.

Your EZ CO2 mask treatment includes:
A double cleanse with a sophisticated cleanser which has a powerful oxygen foam massage effect, revitalises tired, dull skin, generates healthy skin with an anti-inflammatory effect and detoxification, anti-ageing and skin is retexturised.
Part 1 of the mask is applied. This a gel like substance is spread across the face and contains botanical ingredients such as Rosemary, Chamomile, Liquorice, Mint, Green Tea and Grapefruit.
Part 2 is a sheet mask that is then placed on top of the gel. This is the exciting bit, the mask which consists of lactic acid will activate the gel and you will immediately feel it working by the popping and fizzing on your skin. The popping will last only 30 seconds to 1 minute. The mask can be left on for a maximum of 10 minutes and in this time you will feel your skin warming slightly as the mask improves your circulation.
The sheet mask is removed and the gel is taken off. A cosmeceutical toner is then used to remove any residual product of the EZ CO2 gel.
