Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning

The dermaplaning facial consists of using a scalpel to remove the upper layers of the skin to reveal a smoother and brighter complexion.

Firstly your skin is examined through a skin analysis probe to see the condition of your skin and discuss if this is right treatment for you. If it’s ok to go ahead with the dermaplaning sophisticated cleansers are used to thoroughly clean the skin from any dirt and oil.  The dermaplaning facial finely exfoliates dead skin cells whilst also removing the fine superficial vellus hair from the face, commonly known as “peach fuzz.” The treatment will produce a brighter and more youthful glow to your skin, leaving a healthy glowing complexion.

Your dermaplaning facial is finished off with a medical-grade collagen repair mask, bespoke serums and SPF to keep your skin protected from the sun.

Having a regular dermaplaning facial allows skincare products to be absorbed more easily. With this repeated procedure it will leave your skin appearance noticeably different from day to day. You will also find that your makeup sits smoother on the skin following the removal of “peach fuzz”.

The dermaplaning facial can be an add-on to most of the advanced treatments offered at Luxe including the 5-star Hydro facial
